Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of radiostream.live (the “Site”), operated by Radio Stream (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Who we are

2. What the Site provides
radiostream.live is an online radio directory and listening interface. We list stations, display related information, and provide a player that can connect to station stream URLs.
Unless we expressly state otherwise, we are not the broadcaster of third-party stations. Appearance on the Site does not mean endorsement.
3. Streams — no hosting or proxying
When you press play, your browser typically fetches audio directly from the station’s stream URL (or that station’s CDN). We do not host, cache, record, rebroadcast, or proxy station audio as part of normal playback.
If playback fails, that usually reflects the station’s feed, network path, geography, or browser limits — not a Radio Stream-operated audio CDN for that station.
4. Advertising
We may show third-party advertising (including Google AdSense) on parts of the Site to help fund the free directory. Ads are not shown on Privacy/Terms, listing-removal, or report pages. See our Privacy Policy for advertising data practices.
5. Listing notices and removals
Station operators may receive a one-time informational email when a station is listed, with a time-limited removal link. Operators (or rights holders) may also use our public report / remove listing form (/report-listing), or email legal@radiostream.live / privacy@radiostream.live.
Takedown SLA: we aim to action verified removal requests within 48 hours of receiving enough detail to identify the listing. Permanent opt-outs are honoured so stations are not re-listed through ordinary import workflows.
6. Licence to use the Site
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial listening and information purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
You must not: scrape or harvest Site content beyond ordinary browsing without permission; interfere with security or rate limits; misuse the CMS; transmit malware or spam; or use the Site unlawfully.
7. Station streams and third-party content
Station streams, logos, names, guides, and related materials belong to their owners. Availability and licensing are controlled by station operators and providers. You are responsible for lawful listening in your location.
8. Your interactions
Listen counts and reactions improve the directory. Do not manipulate them with automation or vote stuffing. We may ignore abusive interaction data.
9. Intellectual property
Site branding, layout, and software are owned by Radio Stream or licensors. Station marks and broadcast content remain with their owners.
10. No warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that station information is complete or current. Consumer rights that cannot be excluded under UK law remain unaffected.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radio Stream is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, stream interruptions, inaccurate metadata, or acts of third-party stations/hosts. Liability that cannot be limited by law is unaffected. Subject to that, aggregate liability relating to the Site will not exceed £100.
12. Suspension and changes
We may modify or discontinue the Site and update these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision.
13. Privacy
Personal data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
